TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using woodstorming.com.

1. General By accessing or purchasing from Woodstorming, you agree to be bound by these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; changes take effect upon posting to this page.

2. Products All products are handcrafted to order. Product images are representative — natural wood grain, colour, and texture will vary between pieces, which is part of the character of handcrafted goods.

3. Personalisation & Custom Orders By submitting personalisation details (names, dates, text), you confirm you have the right to use that content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. We are not responsible for errors in personalisation text submitted by the customer.

4. Pricing & Payment All prices are displayed in EUR. We accept payment via the methods available at checkout. Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

5. Cancellations As each item is made to order, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After production has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted.

6. Intellectual Property All designs, photographs, and content on this website are the property of Woodstorming and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability Woodstorming's liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania.
