Processing Time Most of Woodstorming products are handcrafted to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for your item to be made before it is dispatched. Custom or personalised orders may require additional time; we will notify you if this applies to your order.
Shipping Destinations We ship worldwide to over 39 countries. At checkout, available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed for your location.
Estimated Delivery Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- USA & Canada: 8–14 business days
- Australia, New Zealand & Asia: 10–18 business days
- Rest of world: 10–21 business days
These are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak periods.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Order Tracking Where available, a tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.
Lost or Delayed Parcels If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at woodstorming@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
